We use two analytics tools together to understand how visitors use our site:

• WP Statistics runs by default and does not use cookies, browser cache, or local storage. It operates on a "cookieless" basis and is configured to anonymize and hash your IP address, so you remain unidentifiable. No consent is required for WP Statistics.

• Google Analytics 4 is only activated if you accept Analytics cookies in our Complianz cookie banner. It sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) to measure visits and usage patterns, with IP addresses anonymized automatically. It does not run, and no data is sent to Google, before you consent.

Essential cookies remain in use regardless of your analytics choices, for core website functionality such as maintaining your shopping cart, checkout process, and language preferences.

This website uses the Aldrich and Space Mono web fonts. These fonts are hosted directly on our own server (print-force.nl) rather than loaded from Google Fonts or any other third-party server. Consequently, loading these fonts does not involve a connection to any third party, no data is shared, and no consent is required for their use.

You can manage your preferences or withdraw consent for non-essential services at any time by clicking the cookie settings icon (styled as a trash can), powered by Complianz and visible on every page of the site. • Google Analytics, only after you consent to Analytics cookies via our Complianz cookie banner — it does not run or share any data before that point

• Brevo, our email marketing platform, which processes your email address (and name, if provided) if you've opted in to marketing communications

• Authorities, where required by law or to prevent fraud

We never sell or trade your personal data to third parties.

Some of our third-party providers (such as payment processors, analytics, or hosting services) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

Withdrawing consent will not affect order-related communications, which are necessary to fulfil your purchase.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Our website and products are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within the legally required timeframe and, where required, inform affected individuals without undue delay.
