PRINT-FORCE (https://print-force.nl/) holds no responsibility for the actions of its customers or for how any product is used. All items must be used safely, legally, and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Customers must be 18+ (or the legal age in their country) to purchase or use airsoft, paintball, or launcher accessories.

PRINT-FORCE'S 3D-printed parts are aftermarket accessories and do not convert any device into a firearm.

By accessing or purchasing from PRINT-FORCE (https://print-force.nl/) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

PRINT-FORCE designs and manufactures 3D-printed accessories for airsoft, paintball, and non-lethal launchers.

• Our products are aftermarket accessories.

• They are not firearm components.

• They do not modify any device into a firearm.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws regarding ownership, import, and use of such equipment.

By placing an order, you confirm you are 18+ or meet the legal age requirements in your country.

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders due to restrictions, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise at checkout. VAT/BTW number: NL005376710B73. Your bank may add conversion or international fees for non-EU cards.

We accept payment via iDEAL, PayPal, credit/debit card, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is due in full before order processing.

If you have a complaint, contact us at info@print-force.nl. We aim to respond within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers may also submit a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We ship worldwide. We usually ship your order within 24 hours after processing. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 business days, depending on demand. Please note that we do not ship during weekends, so orders placed on Friday may be processed on Monday.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any delays caused by inspections.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or customs refusal, we may refund the item cost (minus shipping).

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to, and does not affect, the statutory warranty described below.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days via info@print-force.nl, stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw. You do not need to give a reason.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in its original condition where reasonably possible. We will refund the full order value, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment, using the same payment method you used to order.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect (see Warranty, below).

Separately from the right of withdrawal above, all products must conform to what was agreed at purchase (statutory conformity guarantee under Dutch law). If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. Minor surface texture or standard 3D-printing marks inherent to the printing process are not considered defects.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory warranty rights as a consumer.

The return shipping address differs from our office address. Do not send items to our office without prior instructions — additional costs may apply. All returns must be arranged in advance via email; we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

We collect and store your personal information to process orders, improve your experience, and meet legal requirements. For more details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to provide accurate information and use our products safely and legally. PRINT-FORCE is not responsible for misuse of personal data by third parties or for using our products against local laws.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or loss. We never sell or trade your personal data. You can delete your account at any time, and your personal information will be removed from our active systems, except for data we are legally required to keep.

Airsoft, paintball, and launcher accessories must be used responsibly. PRINT-FORCE is not liable for:

• injuries, property damage, or accidents

• improper installation

• modification of original equipment

• unsafe or illegal use of any product

Always follow safety rules and manufacturer guidelines.

All product designs, descriptions, and images belong to PRINT-FORCE. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PRINT-FORCE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the product, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for statutory product liability where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

PRINT-FORCE is NOT affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or officially connected with Umarex, T4E, Home Defence-24 GmbH, Trustpilot, PayPal, Google, Apple Pay, Stripe, Klarna, Trustly, iDEAL, Wero, or any other brand, company, payment provider, or third-party service mentioned on this website.

All trademarks, logos, product names, company names, and brand references are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification, compatibility, informational, payment-processing, or reference purposes only.

Some images, renders, backgrounds, mockups, product previews, banners, advertisements, and written content on this website may be enhanced, assisted, or generated using artificial intelligence (AI) tools for illustrative, promotional, or informational purposes. We aim to ensure that all product representations and descriptions remain as accurate as reasonably possible to the actual physical products being sold.

Our website may use third-party widgets and external services, including review platforms such as Trustpilot, payment providers, analytics tools, embedded media, and other integrations. Some products may require minor fitting, adjustment, or technical knowledge for proper installation. PRINT-FORCE is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or incompatible equipment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes related to the use of this website or purchases from PRINT-FORCE shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Netherlands.

Where you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections granted by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts as permitted under EU law.

While we try to ensure all information on this website is accurate, occasional errors may occur, including product descriptions, pricing, availability, compatibility information, or shipping estimates. PRINT-FORCE reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change prices without prior notice, cancel affected orders, or refuse service at our discretion.

PRINT-FORCE shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping disruptions, customs delays, supplier shortages, technical failures, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

If you send comments, feedback, or suggestions, you grant PRINT-FORCE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve our products, website, and services. You retain ownership of your submissions. You warrant your submissions do not violate third-party rights.

All content, product designs, images, CAD files, product descriptions, and other materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of PRINT-FORCE. Any reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, commercial use, or sale of our designs without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

You agree to compensate PRINT-FORCE for direct losses reasonably arising from your misuse of our products, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date; orders placed before that date remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
